CHECK IT OUT is a 5 week course given quarterly for

• Learning about First Church, or
• Seeking Membership in First Church, or
• Refreshing an existing involvement in First Church

TO GET STARTED stop by the Reception Window in the lobby of the Church Office Building and pick up a copy of the “Self-Guided Bible Study” which is to be completed prior to attending the first session of the 5 week course.

THE COURSE OUTLINE

• “Active Discipleship” - Learn about Methodism, First Church and being an active student of Christ. Sunday Morning 9:30-10:30 or 11:00 - Noon.
  
  
• “Spiritual Gifts” - Discover your special talents and how to use them. Sunday Morning 9:30-10:30 or 11:00 -Noon
  
  
• “Caring Ministry” - Understand how you can “serve” through the First Church Ministries. Sunday Morning 9:30-10:30 or 11:00 -Noon
  
  
• “Heartfelt Evangelism” - Hear about introducing others to Christ. Sunday Morning 9:30-10:30 or 11:00 - Noon
  
  
• “Rich Fellowship” -– A tour of the campus, dinner with the Pastor and a conversation about the meaning of membership. Sunday Evening 6-8 PM
  
  
• “Engaging Worship and Rich Fellowship” - Dedicate or rededicate your life to Serve and Follow Christ through First Church if you have completed the course and are ready to become a member of First Church. Sunday Morning 8:00, 9:30, or 11:00 worship services.
