Annual Calendar of Standing Committee and Regular Group Meetings Church Council -- Meets the fourth Tuesday of every other month at 7PM (January, May, September on the West Campus - Fellowship Hall) (March, July, November on the East Campus - Music Suite). Board of Trustees -- Meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7PM (March, June, September and December on the West Campus, the other months on the East Campus). Committee on Finance -- Meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30PM, odd months on the East Campus and even months on the West Campus. Committee on Staff Parish Relations -- Meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6PM, alternating between the East Campus (office conference room) and the West Campus (Fellowship Hall). Communications Committee -- Meets the first Monday of each month at 7PM in the East Campus office conference room. Information Technology Committee -- Meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7PM in the East Campus office conference room. Outreach Committee -- Meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7PM in the East Campus Media Room. United Methodist Men -- Meets the second Monday of every month at 6 PM in the West Campus Fellowship Hall. United Methodist Women -- Unit Meeting Meets the first Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM, March and December in the West Campus Fellowship Hall; February, April, May, October and November in the East Campus Music Suite. Worship Team -- Meets the fourth Monday of the month at 6:30 PM approximately four times a year.
