Bill Boettcher

William (Bill) Boettcher was born and raised in South Jersey. Bill is a graduate of the Restaurant School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bill has worked as a Chef at the 4 Star Deux Cheminees, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Executive Chef of Frenchman’s Reef Morning Star Beach Club, Saint Thomas, U.S.V.I. Bill also worked as a Florida Culinary Instructor for over 13 years. Bill is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Chef Educator. Bill has worked for the First United Methodist Church of Boca Raton, as the Facilities Manager since 2004.

What do you like to do in your spare time?: 
Love to travel – (favorite places: So. Italy, anywhere in France, the coast of Brazil, Grand Canyon and Alaska) and now Atlanta (where son attends Emory University). Enjoy Flea Markets/Yard Sales (always looking for special treasures) and fixing things.
What is your favorite characteristic of Jesus?: 
His forgiveness!
