Carol Jeroy

Nursery Director

Carol was born in Ft Lauderdale and has lived in Florida her entire life except for 7th grade where she lived in a small town called Hammonton, NJ. She started going to FUMC as a little girl and became a member of FUMC when she was 10. Carol graduated Boca High School. She has 2 children: a daughter in Georgia and a son who lives locally.

Carol was in banking before having children, then worked in a pre-school while the children were young. She went back into banking for many years until the market started buying them out and changed careers and worked at the Office Depot headquarters. She is currently employed for a company that coordinates Jewelry Trade Shows. She has been a very part-time Nursery Director for FUMC for more years than she can remember.

What is your favorite scripture?: 
Ephesians 2:8-9 - For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith; and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.
What do you like to do in your spare time?: 
Going to the beach, baking, sewing and hanging out with family and good friends
What is your favorite characteristic of Jesus?: 
His grace and forgiveness.
