Rebecca Swope
West Campus Choir Director and Organist
Rebecca Swope was born in Florence, SC. She has two BA degrees (Theatre and Education) and a Master's of Science in Organizational Management. She has been a pianist since the age of 5 and has studied piano and organ at Carson-Newman College in Tennessee.
What is your favorite scripture?:
Isaiah 40:31 - Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.
What do you like to do in your spare time?:
I enjoy singing, crossword puzzles, reading, and writing mystery stories.
What is your favorite characteristic of Jesus?:
Unconditional love.
Who inspires you?:
I was inspired by my late father, Rev. Lloyd O. Brunson.
