Confirmation : Following Jesus

What does it mean to own my faith? What is Christianity all about? What does it mean to be a real disciple of Jesus Christ? What happens when I join the church?

These are just some of the questions that will be answered during our confirmation class called Following Jesus. This 12 week bible study class will go through Rediscovering Jesus - Growing in the Spirit - and Living in Faith and Service. The class begins on Wednesday February 1, 2012 and will run for 13 weeks - no meeting on Spring Break Week. At the end of the class the students will know what it means to own their faith and to live as a disciple of Jesus Christ. They will also be given an opportunity to join the church with our new adult members.

We will have a student / parent meeting on Sunday January 22 at 3:30pm in the small dinning room on the East Campus to discuss the details of the class and to answer any questions there may be.
